Rehearse How You’ll Feel when Performing & Overcome Public Speaking Fear
In my work I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all over the work who have different fears and phobias, in particular people with a fear of public speaking and stage fright.
So we have a lot of experience of it and I think it is so important to have a tool kit of techniques to help you along the way and change the way you feel within a speaking scenario. Personally, I like the techniques that are a little bit out there. So to me the opposite of fear is fun.
So this video is important, watch and learn the techniques for controlling your emotions in relation to speaking. Rehearsing the words isn’t always the best way to prepare yourself for the best results when you speak -- because the ’state’ you are in as you speak will determine your outcome far more than whether or not you are word perfect…

I realized this morning that I had fear, I didn’t know that it was a phobia i have been having for so many years now. When I looked up this website it was God sent. I have a presentation in college coming up really soon, I will get three nights of good sleep, I am sure this will help. Thank you again and please continue. As for me, I am now aware that this phobia will no longer control my life. And it is something I never knew prior to this viewing. I also have a fear of bodily odor that is truly ruining my life what can I do??

I like this tip that the emotion you associate with when you practice your speech will influence your thoughts about your upcomming speech or presentation.
