It sounds so obvious but actually getting enough sleep is one of the best things you can do to reduce anxiety in general and performance anxiety / stage fright in particular.
Now, I understand that sometimes it isn’t easy -- but sometimes it is. I can’t count the times I’ve been at a seminar and needlessly going to bed too late and waking up slightly frazzled the next morning.

just wanted to say that these are very helpful. i am a singer/songwriter and i haven’t been playing a lot of shows, and when i do they are not very big. i have a pretty big one coming up and naturally got a little nervous, but honestly i already feel better about it just from having watched these without even trying any of it. good stuff
