I think the best way of practicing the public speaking is to record a speech using video camera or voice recorder first ,then listen what i say and see what i did during the speech delivery.

I think that what i will say wil be rediculous but, i really need some advice… i have a dissertation for masters degree,and my study about communication apprehension in EFL learning … the reason for chosing this subject is my apprehension about speaking either in my native language or in foreign langauges… and my big problem bigest fear is the graduation day when i am supposed to defend my dissertation… please help me, what should I do??????????????,
